Halftone

What it does

What each control does
Section titled “What each control does”- Shape: the mark each cell draws.
- Cell size: how big the cells are.
- Angle: turns the screen.
- Softness: how far the edge of each mark fades.
- Keep colours: prints each mark in the picture’s own colour instead of Ink.
- Ink: the colour of the marks.
- Paper: the colour between them.
- Reverse: gives the big marks to the bright parts.
- Mix: how much of the result replaces the original.
- Matte and Invert drive the strength of the effect from another layer’s brightness; see Effects.
