Vibrancy is a Colour effect.

A saturation lift that raises the saturation of greyer pixels more than vivid ones.

In the Effect Controls panel:

  • Matte scales Amount per pixel: white applies the full Amount, grey a fraction of it, black none. Invert reads that matte inverted.
  • Amount: the amount to increase vibrance by.
  • Mix: how much of the result replaces the original.
  • Matte and Invert drive the strength of the effect from another layer’s brightness; see Effects.
