Temperature is a Colour effect.

Adjusts the warmth of a colour, going between red/orange to blue.

In the Effect Controls panel:

  • Matte scales Temperature toward 0 per pixel: white applies the full shift, grey a milder one, black none. Invert reads that matte inverted.
  • Temperature: positive is warmer, negative cooler.
  • Mix: how much of the result replaces the original.
  • Matte and Invert drive the strength of the effect from another layer’s brightness; see Effects.
